Skateboarding is inherently dangerous. By agreeing to this, you, the end user agrees to assume all responsibility for damage and injuries incurred. Sanctum takes no responsibility in the safety and well being of others. Wear a helmet at all times and ride within ones limits.

User agrees to examine deck before riding, and agrees to make sure the assembly is put together properly. Sanctum takes no responsibility for damage or injuries caused by improperly used products.

Sanctum takes no responsibility for the warranty or coverage of other manufacturers. Issues with products not produced or manufactured by Sanctum MUST be addressed with the proper manufacturer and distributor.

Credit Card payments are securely processed through our processor. We never sell or distribute customer information without prior notice.

Sanctum takes no liability in damaged products as a result of shipping. For complaints, refunds, exchanges, or returns, please contact Sanctum through warranty. Customer agrees to pay for all shipping back to Sanctum. If a refund is issued, Sanctum will refund for the price of the merchandise only, not the cost of the shipping. If you reject a package and/or havie it sent back to us, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. No returns are allowed on clearance items. These sales are final. All shipping discrepancies (missing/incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package.

Sanctum, at the time of this purchase, can only ship to States within US territory. For shipping outside of the country, please talk to the distributor responsible for international shipping.

 

Sanctum Warranty Info

Our staff has been building, manufacturing, riding, and destroying decks for years. While we can’t claim to have seen everything under the sun, we have destroyed enough decks to know what a manufacturing issue is and what’s a riding and maintenance issue. Help us out by being honest and giving us as much info as possible.
Our decks are covered under a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. Normal wear is expected so here is a breakdown of what is not covered:

What is not covered under manufacturer’s warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage cause by impact, misuse, abuse or neglect
  • Boards that have been run over by a car
  • Scratches and minor chips or dings
  • – Snapped or cracked boards due to impact
  • – Damage caused by use of solvents or adhesives
  • – Modification to the board will not be covered under warranty
  • – Warping due to rain riding and improper care

For a return please include the following information:

  • 1. When and where did you purchase the board, please include a copy or photo of your proof of purchase
  • 2. Provide pictures of the issue. Including a full shot of both the top and bottom of the board as well as detailed, in focus pictures of the damaged area
  • 3. Include your contact info with the photos. Name, address, email, ect.
  • 4. Any other background info on the board. Such as a description of the damage and when you noticed it.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for us to look at your warranty claim and get in contact with you. If the return is accepted, you will then receive an email with return instructions and an RMA (Authorization Number). You must post this number on the outside of the box you are returning.

 

Return/Exchange Policy/Shipping.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Products must be in new and unmounted condition and in the original box and/or packaging.

You will be refunded for the price of the merchandise only, not the cost of the shipping. If you reject a package and/or have it sent back to us, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
